Description:

This series adopts the sterilization principle of mixed pressure by air and steam.Through one or several double-speedair blowers with high energy, the mixed gas compellingly cycles in the middle of sterilizing products.This series is mainly designed to sterilize products whose container and package must be dried afer cooling (ex.checking,labeling,packing,etc.).It is suitable for all industries to sterilize PE or PP plastic bottles and PVC or compound plastic soft package liquids.

·The box is designed, produced and tested strictly according to the Steel Pressure Vessel·Pneumatic translational door,easy to operate,flexible·Elegant stainless steel decorate cover·The GMP confirmation access is fixed on the equipment·The unique dove-tail inlaid design of heat-resisting silicone rubber gasket ring ensures the seal tighthess of the door.·The main control system adopts micro-computer PlCtouch screen DCS long distance tiring-room monitoring system·The heat preservation layer is made by polyurethane material and pearl rock wool·Excellent PID temperature controlling technology, accurate pressure tracking on real-time·Rapid cooling,drying system.
