DYF series medical high-purity nitrogen generators work under a pressure swinging absorption principles.

 Working principles

     DYF series medical high-purity nitrogen generators work under a pressure swinging absorption principles. During the separation of gaseous mixture, the pressure periodically varies. Some components (or a component) of the mixture under a given pressure are absorbed by an absorbent and while under a lower pressure desorbed again, and meanwhile the absorbent is regenerated.  

     This absorption of gases takes place on special cellular solid absorbent and the absorption capacity is dependent on both the performances of the absorbent and the partial pressure and temperature of the gas.

        The nitrogen generator generally works under normal temperature and a not high pressure0.5~1MPa,and generates nitrogen under continuous mode or discontinuous mode. It needs a short time for starting and regulation and may be fully automatically controlled, which is an ideal and novel device to locally supply high-purity nitrogen.
